By accessing or using TonBoVPN services, website or applications (collectively "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.
TonBoVPN provides a virtual private network (VPN) service that encrypts your internet traffic and routes it through our servers using native datacenter and residential IP addresses. Services include desktop and mobile applications for Windows, macOS, Android, iOS and Linux.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. One subscription may be used on up to the number of devices specified in your plan (VIP: 3 devices; SVIP: 6 devices).
You agree not to use our Services to: violate any applicable law or regulation; infringe the intellectual property rights of others; transmit malware, viruses or harmful code; engage in illegal activities including fraud, trafficking or exploitation; harass, abuse or harm others; conduct unauthorised network scanning or penetration testing; or circumvent technical protection measures of any service in ways that violate their terms of service.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on the basis of your chosen period (annual, quarterly, monthly or weekly). All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. We accept Alipay, WeChat Pay, Visa/MasterCard and USDT.
Within 7 days of your first subscription, if your usage is below 10 GB and you have not violated these Terms, you may request a full refund. Refunds are not available after the 7-day window or for subsequent subscription renewals.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TonBoVPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or behaviour that threatens the security or stability of our Services, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
